We don’t ever want our clients to walk away dissatisfied, so please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will find a way to make it right. If you would like to switch stylists, you can select a new one in the app at any time without any hard feelings.

Once your item sells, we will automatically email you a shipping label. We recommend that you ship within 2 business days, and ask that you ship within 5 business days. If this is an issue for any reason, please reach out to us at [email protected] for help.

We guarantee every listing so that you can shop with confidence. If you never receive the item you ordered or the item does not match the listing description, can contact us at [email protected] to receive a full refund. Please note that we do not authenticate any items listed on the resale marketplace.

We do not accept returns for other reasons. In this case, we encourage you to simply re-list the item on the marketplace. Because we charge zero commission fee on sales, this will allow you to fully recoup your cost (minus shipping).
